The Coptic-Orthodox church is the second eldest church
in the world.
Kirche der Welt. Its foundation goes back to the third
Century AD. Our Coptic community in Berlin exists
since 1975. Since March 1998 we have been in
the former Glaubenskirche, which since then the names
of Saints St. Antonius and St. Schenouda wearing.
On December 24th 2013 the Coptic Pope Tawadros II visited us and consecrated the
altar and iconostasis of the Church of St. Antonius and St. Schenouda.
